Jaison Joseph, Managing Member

Mr. Joseph is the CEO of JRJ Capital, specializing in the shipping of oil and gas equipment in Middle East, North America, West Indies, Latin America and African regions. Additionally he has over 20 years’ experience in cross-border engineering and infrastructure projects, including the trading of coal from the Appalachian region to India, the Far East, and Turkey. 

His firm currently operates in the healthcare sector, holding a majority investment in Cabot Labs, a diagnostic laboratory headquartered in Plano, TX. Other related areas of expertise entail investments in telemedicine and home healthcare. His earlier experience includes structural design and inspection of 2,700 bridges in New York as team leader for Liechtenstein Engineering Associates, and team leader for port construction work in Cochin, India, a major export processing zone. 

Joseph helped build, and served as Executive VP for, a Microfinance lender in India targeting the underbanked: www.esafbank.com. The initial seed capital raised in 1992 has grown into a bank with over 500 branches and $1.2 billion in assets. He has a BS in Engineering from Bangalore University and attended SUNY Maritime for graduate studies.
